Telluride Rivertrippers specializes in one of Colorado’s most thrilling seasonal whitewater experiences — the San Miguel River. Each May and June, when snowmelt from the San Juan Mountains swells the river, we guide adventurers through a spectacular mountain canyon carved between towering peaks.
The San Miguel is not a gentle float. This is Class III+ whitewater with technical drops, wave trains, and rock gardens that challenge and delight intermediate to advanced rafters.
